Sorry, was in another forum area.

From that link posted earlier, it states Hazzardnet does not have premade avatars. Which means you can upload a 150 x 150 pixels, not over 19.5kb size to a photobucket account, then user pc / edit avatar here at Hazzardnet.

i see, but how do i upload a pic, i tryed a pic of the General Lee, but it did not do a thing

I tried undoing the dot and it wouldn't change.
