The Yahooville Refus(Garbage) Squad

Discliamer: Keep in mind any mispellings are for the story, like on the the Hummer snatcher truck for garbage truck is says "Yahoville Refus" and the back the tailgate is says "Keep Bac 5 Feet" you see the sign painter they have in Yahooville is always drinking before he goes to job. Now to the story at hand, picture this a beautiful country town called "Yahooville" and in the town there is a restaurant that specializing in the there famous "Liver with Onions and Limberger Cheese" free breath mint with every sandwich. You can find that a the Yahooville diner on Yokel street off of Main aveune, that is the main street in Yahooville. Now you are walking down Main or Yokel and this Blue Hummer big truck come around and has to swing out seats that Bubba and Coy sit in to pick up the trash as Junior drives down the street and he is online looking at "How to make your Skunk listen to when you call his name out loud website." And he is the driver and he is never has his eyes on the road and anytime just on his computer. Jethro is in the passenger seat and he has his portable dvd player with and he is watching the latest movie and not paying attention as well. Bubba and Coy are brothers and they are mad because the city of Yahooville spent the entire budget on the garbage truck and couldn't even get a painter that could spell anything decently. They are making rock bottom wages, but they never leave because the four you just met are the Refus Squad. Now there boss is Junior's Papa and that is why he gets away this so much stuff that he does, Papa doesn't see what is wrong with Junior's driving and won't hire another painter for painting the truck. Actually the sign painter is Papa's brother
Clyde and he is doesn't know why everybody gets mad at the signs he paints for stuff. Papa is the smarter brother he runs the squad and won't give his employee's a raise no matter what they threaten to do.

P.S. Junior got too many D.U.I's and he has a license still but he can only drive when is on the job. But he drive's terrible he is all over the road and just everywhere, infact when people see the Garbage come down the road they run in the house. In fact one guy was driving down road and accidently made land in the ditch.

If Anybody wants to add there chapter to the story or if you want to add your own character to the story, then go right ahead and add all you want. Just remember your character doesn't have to make sense and can be as normal or as weird as you like him or her to be.

Dusty Rose Duke took another look at the sign then back at the map. "Yahooville!" She shook her head. "I do believe, I took the wrong road cause this sure ain't Hazzard County." Dusty said to herself. "Well Ridge Runner looks like we have to find some where to stay." Dusty said to her car. As Dusty pulled into the town she thought she stepped through the Twilight Zone. Dusty saw a man that looked like the Sheriff and pulled up beside him. "Excuse me Sheriff, I'm new here and I was wondering if you could point out where I might find a hotel? Oh and the names Dusty Rose Duke." Dusty said as she introduced herself.

Sheriff Billy Bob said "There's the Yahooville Hotel over there and my wife's cousin Julie runs it, she fair but not too high in price." Bubba and Coy the brothers that are the garbage men for Yahooville and they had took one look at Dusty Rose Duke, and they had said "Man, she sure is cute maybe she needs some help."

Meanwhile in town Papa and Clyde was having a discussion over his drinking before he does a job and overcharging people as well. Clyde looked at his brother and says "What do you mean that I'm overcharging and misspelling that is how stuff is spelled, by the way did call our cousin in Hazzerd yet."
Papa says " Ya, I did but he's busy with business but he says whenever we want to come there go right ahead and come on by."

Junior and Jethro was walking over to the Yahooville cafe, they was off work and they figure they would stop there and then go home.
Papa and Clyde cousin was J.D. Hogg and that is probaly why Clyde overcharges all his customer's. As soon as Yahooville gets a another sign painter well he won't have any customers. They are tired of having everything painted misspelled and he won't come back to correct the problem or give the money to ya.

Bubba and Coy Jones seen Dusty Rose Duke standing there by Ridge Runner and they looked and her. And Bubba says "You need directions Baby, I see that your looking for the Yahooville Hotel. You mind if me and Coy walk you over to the Hotel and one thing don't eat at the Yahooville Cafe, but if you don't get the Liver with Onions with Limberger cheese sure it comes with a free breath mint. But the sandwich is nasty as ever, trust it's not worth the price."
Coy says " Is that why you won't ride in the truck with Junior, you know I heard that he buys one of those sandwiches and pack it for his lunch."

Bubba says " Ya, Coy that is very true beside that little breath mint doesn't help that sandwich. It like being next to dragonbreath after he eats it that sandwich."
Cue Dusty Rose Duke.

Dusty Rose looked at the boys who came from the garage across the street. "Shoot, Cooter's is better and more cleaner to." Dusty thought. "Thanks Sheriff." Dusty said to the sheriff. He tipped his hat to her and left. Dusty turned to the Jones brothers. She really didn't like them. The only machnic that Dusty liked was Cooter. So, Dusty it was time for a little Duke Shucking and Jiving.

Dusty gave Bubba and Coy a little fake smile that she knew was fake but they didn't. "Gentlemen, I would be obliged if you take me there." Dusty said as she batted her eye lashes at Bubba. "God I miss Rosco. These guys give me the creeps." Dusty thought.

"Boys before we go any further, there is something that i have to show you." Dusty said. She then brought up her left hand and showed both COy and Bubba the engagement ring that Rosco had given her. "I'm enage to the sheriff of my home county." Dusty said as she grined when the boys stood opened mouthed.

Bubba and Coy looked at Dusty and says " I should've known it a girl as pretty as you would be engaged, I guess that you wasn't engaged to the Sheriff in your home county then neither one of us would stand a chance with you then."

Julie came out from the hotel and told Bubba and Coy to leave that girl alone, besides she needed the business it been mighty quite in Yahooville lately ever since the fall hit. Emma walked up to her and said Hello and how's business at the Yahooville hotel. Julie says " Listen Emma, I'll talk later and right now I got a customer right here."

Dusty walked over to what looked like the Yahooville hotel. As she looked around she noticed that it was exactly like the Hazzard County Hotel. "Julie?" Dusty asked. There was something about this girl that Dusty recogized. "My name is Dusty Rose Duke and I like to have a room please?" Dusty asked.

Well, your in luck their is a room available and welcome to Yahooville. I had just seen that you met Bubba and Coy Jones their the local young guys in Yahooville. Oh, wait a minute this is my cousin Emma and she is married to the Sheriff here.

"Well Howdy Emma. It just so happens that I'm engage to the sheriff in my home county. I'm from Hazzard County." Dusty said with a smile. "The sheriff there is Rosco P. Cotrane." Dusty stated with a far away look in her eye.

Emma and Julie say Howdy back, and they are asking what is her like and how come she ended up here.

Meantime in town and the Come on In, Bar and Grill there sits Bubba and Coy Jones and they are just enjoying a cold one after a long hard days work.
Bubba says "Man, that Dusty Rose sure is cute I sure wish she wasn't engaged to Sheriff in her county."

Coy says "But you heard her Bubba he wouldn't stand a chance with her besides she don't think to highly of us right now."
cue Dusty Rose Duke.

[Dusty Rose Duke]

"Well I love Rosco very much. I always had a crush on him. So being engage to him is just great. As for being here in your county, that's where it gets weird. I just won a race in Alalanta, and was coming back to Hazzard when I came here. But it's a fine town." Dusty said.

Emma says
"Well, that good to know and I feel that same way about Billy Bob as well and that it's the same thing with us. We have a son and daughter right now and that. I hope Julie and her guy work out for her and she is pretty much in love with him."

"Say what's the story about Coy and Bubba? Those two give me the creeps just looking at them." Dusty said as she gave a full body shake.

Emma says "There not so bad, they grew up in Yahooville there all life and there just country boys basically."
Julie says "You know they just making a living basically."
Dusty had her cousin from the pay phone in the hotel at 440-886- 6713 and she talked to her and told Georgia May Duke and she you ought to see this place. Just despicable here, and the local youngs studs here look like I don't know how to put it.

Dusty went up to her room and took a look around. "Kind of cousey." Dusty said with a small smile. Dusty was happy that she was almost to Hazzard. Dusty walked to the window and looked out. She saw a car that looked really familer. "Oh MY GOD!" Dusty exclaimed. "IT'S HUGHIE HOGG!" Dusty said as she looked out the window again. Sure enough she saw the white beetle bug with horns on the hood. Dusty rushed form the room and down the stairs. "Julie, Emma, girls I need your help. There is man after me. I need a place to hide until he leaves and I need a phone." Dusty said. 'Please help me." Dusty asked pleading.

Emma and Julie gave her some help and besides Emma's husband is the Sheriff and besides he hasn't seen the Garbage truck just yet.

In the meantime Hughie Hogg was going to where his cousins Papa Hogg, Clyde Hogg and Junior Hogg work at he wanted to see where they worked at and they said that Yahooville was easy pickins and there was a Charger that fit the description that he gave them.

Dusty used the phone that Julie had given her. She dailed the number of the Hazzard phone office. "Operator!" Maybel said. "Maybel, get me Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane, and Maybel please hurry." Dusty asked. Two seconds later Dusty was patched through to the Sheriff's office. "Sheriff's office, Sheriff Roscooo P. Coltrane here?" Rosco said. "Rosco it's Dusty." Dusty said. "Dusty! Honey where are you?" Rosco asked concered. "I'm in a place called Yahooville. It's close to Hazzard, do you know where it is?" Dsuty asked Rosco. "Ya, I have a cousin that lives there. Why Suga?" Rosco asked. Dusty expalined to him that Hughie Hogg was there and he was lookin for her. Rosco was furious. When was Hughie going to learn that Dusty was in love him and not Hughie. "I'm on my way honey. You just sit tight." Rosco said. "I will Baby. I love you." Dusty said.

Junior was on the phone with his cousin Boss, and he says "Ya, that Ridge Runner Charger is in Yahooville and so is Hughie Hogg now. I'll talk later."

Jethro was getting a call from his cousin Rosco on the phone, and he had told him that Dusty was here and she had trouble here as well some big city guy in a white car was here as well. Bubba and Coy Jones wasn't really brothers they was really Texas Rangers named Jude Emery and Walker they had been here so long that they couldn't wait to catch Papa and Clyde Hogg doing and getting the evidence that they needed to prove it in court. Now, Dusty Rose Duke didn't know this right here and she had thought they was just awfule and it just had to stay that way for awhile and that Walker thought she was a good person.

Dusty decided to sneek over to the Ridge Runner. She was have way there when she Coy and Bubba come towards her. She got a look of annoyence and started to run for their garage. They chased her and caught both of her arms. "HE...!" Dusty was about to scream but never got to finish. Coy put a hand over her mouth and Bubba grabbed her legs and they both carried her inside. Once she was inside, Bubba closed the doors, But Coy was relucent to put her down he just grined. "Hey buddy mind putting me down." Dusty said through cluched teeth. "Well of course Belle Star." Coy said with a grin.

As he set Dusty on her feet, she had recognized that voice. "I'd recongnize that vocie any where..." Dusty said as she had a hughe grin on her face. She spun around and Coy let her take off his discize. "JUDE EMERY!" Dusty squeeled as she jumped into his arms. She let him spin her around. "The last time I saw you, you were taking my boy "Snake" Harrmon back to Texas." Dusty said with a grin. "Ya. He told me to tell you he said hey girl." Jude said with a cheeky grin. Dusty grinned and hit playfully.

Dusty was not out of trouble yet, Hughie's henchmen were taking her car. "I thought....HEY! THEY'RE TAKIN MY CAR! Those two work for Hughie Hogg." Dusty said through cluched teeth. If there is one thing you never do, that is mess with Dusty's car.

Walker, spoke up and says "I am Cordial Walker, his partner and this disguise of ours is wearing a little thin. People are starting to look the other way and talking about us now Jude."

Dusty looked at Walker, you mean your the famous Walker your known everywhere. I sure hope Hughie and his henchman try something here do you think anybody knows who you really are in Yahooville. Jude looked back at Dusty and says " I sure hope not and we was really trying to get you're attention but you thought we was flirty with you. And the way we look right now I don't blame you for giving us the cold shoulder, my partner probaly desvered we was getting fresh with ya.

Dusty grined at Walker, who just shook his head. "Excuse me. Jude you were doin most of the flirting with me! Never fails, you forget all about Daisy and then you start with me." Dusty said with a cheeky grin. She then looked at Walker and grined and winked at him. He grined and winked back. Dusty found an empty leather bag and started to hit Jude with it.

"You beast! You animal! How can you do that to Daisy? Ohh you ham hogg! I'm an engaged person, You beast." Dusty laughed as she hit Jude with the bag. Walker decided to join in the fun. "Oh You Beast and animal. I'll tell my big sister on you." Walker said as laughed and playfully hit Jude.

"Not helping Cordi." Jude said in mock angry voice but his eyes twinkling. "I wasn't trying to." Walker said right back sarcastically. Dusty burst out laughing from their antics.

The guys were still laughing and that they was talking with Dusty and all of sudden Walker asked Jude who is Daisy by the way.

Jude says "Just, Dusty's cousin back in Hazzerd and that I had liked her for a while and then I had to leave."

Dusty looked at Jude and chuckled. "You should have being here after you left. It was nothing but "Jude this" and "Jude that" and this is the best part of all "I wonder if Jude misses me at all?" God Jude, Daisy so had it bad for you." Dusty said with a grin.

"I remember when Daisy followed us to Yuchey Swamp and Luke had to arm wrestle Patch, You right at Bo and said "I finally got it all figure out, you people are crazy!" Jude you were so cheeky back then. And you still haven't changed." Dusty said as she punched him playfully.

Jude says "Your a might stronger than the last time I had seen you and how's your Uncle Jesse doing these days lately."
Walker says "Who's Uncle Jesse guys, and that knowning glance between ya's like you know something that I don't."

"Uncle Jesse is the man that raised me and my cousins when our parents were killed." Dusty said with a smile. "Uncle Jesse is fine. He said just the other day "I wonder how Jude is?" he really misses you Jude, especially Bo and Luke." Dusty said with cheeky grin. "They probably miss gettin into trouble with you!" Dusty said as she grined and wagged her eye brows at Jude.

Ya, your Uncle Jesse and Cooter was hiding in the back of Daisy's car but those guys didn't know it at the time it was great. I still remember when I had mentioned going to cops and your family looked at me and just grinned about how they had a better plan.

Dusty looked at Jude. "I got one question Jude, did you really think me and my family were crazy?" Dusty asked with a little pout on her lips.

Jude says " I was wandering how in the world we was going to make our way of the swamp there for a while Dusty."

Dusty smiled and looked at Jude. "I was wondering that myself. I almost kissed 'Snake' Harrmon if kept rubbing my back with his strong hands. I tell you he was one great kisser." Dusty said with a cheeky grin.

Walker says "You mean you and your cousin helped Jude with Snake Harmon in Hazzerd County. How do me get there from Texas."

In the meantime the real Bubba and Coy Jones was arriving in Yahooville and wait till they see who is in there place.

Dusty doubled over laughing at Walker's sarcastic comment. "Jude, now boy he's your partner, and he's suppose to everything!" Dusty said with a grin as playfully slapped Jude on the arm.

Walker says " I heard of Snake Harmon I just didn't know it was you that brought him back to Texas that's all Jude and Dusty."

Jude says "Well, with the help of Dusty and her cousins I had finally brought him back to Texas but first we had haggle with Sheriff of Hazzerd at the time."

"Ohh poor ol' Grady Bird." Dusty said as she doubled over laughing. "Do you know that the day you Snake back to Texas, Grady was stilling worrying what his mama would say about that scratch on her car." Dusty said as she doubled over again.

Didn't Daisy accidently bump him off the road when that had happened and she didn't know it was the Sheriff says Jude.

Walker says "How come you never told me about Daisy Duke before Jude she sounds cute and feistly as well."

Dusty grined at Juded and he grined back. "Walker the one thing you need to know about Duke women is that we are cute, feisty, stubborn, and mule headed. Daisy proved that when she followed us to Yuchey Swamp. Hey I wonder if ol' Snake misses me?" Dusty said with a grin and a far away look in her eyes.

Jude says "You know, I don't think Snake can too much right now he isn't going anywhere and besides he doesn't get for quite a while and the parole board is quite strict."

Walker says "What are we going to do about Dusty's missing car are we going to get it back or not."

Dusty says "Well, then who vehicle are we taking guys I see there a nice Dodge truck out there is it fast guys."

Walker says "Well, that mine and your not going with us Dusty."

Jude tells Dusty that it's too dangerous for you to tag along and besides Bubba and Coy Jones are supposed to meet with Mayor Thomas Cheese for talk about a raise.

Walker had seen Dusty laughing about the Mayor name and he had told her that yes that was the mayor's name. Jude says "Well, when this case is over will have plenty to laugh over but at least we won't have to walk by the smelly cafe anymore.

Dusty stopped laughing and looked at Walker and Jude. "Guys, you don't know anything about Hughie Hogg and his henchmen, Norris and Fllyod. They are one mean dudes. And they most defently do not like being followed." Dusty said to her best Friend Jude, and her new best friend Walker. "Because guys trust me I know. And Hughie is after me. You Rosco and me faked a engagment to flush Hughie out of hiding. It worked and now Hughie's after me. Rosco my best friend and once we were in love, but now, he's seeing some one and he's happy. And I have a score to settle at Hughie. For shooting at me and stealing my car." Dusty stopped to get her breath. "Now Walker I really like you so if you want to stop me go right a head but let tell you some thing it won't work. So I'm going with you!" Dusty said as she stared at them. Waiting for them to say something.

Walker says "Allright you can come but just becareful when he come around them Dusty."

Jude says "When we get near your car just junp in and take off and keeping gooing. Wait a minute you know all about that right there Dusty sorry about that."

Walker says "Dusty don't get in the way that's all me ask of you?"

"Just jump in Dusty and keep on going." Dusty's mind went back to just minutes before when Dusty's old high school friend Ellie Mae Bricker, told Dusty to jump in Ridge Runner and keep riding and she would draw the fire from Hughie and his boys. She turned back to go get her when she saw Hughie shoot and kill her best friend.

Dusty's eyes turned to a blueish fire. Dusty walked past her best friend to a car hood leaning up aganist the wall. She went to it and put her right hand in a fist. "AHHHHHH!" Dusty let out an aughish scream and started to pound the car hood. When she was weak from that she fell to the floor in tears.

Through her tears, she felt someone put their arms around her and pull her to them.

Walker had seen what happened and he was right there by Dusty and he really wanted get ahold of Hughie Hogg he had just seen it with his own eyes now. He helped Dusty get into her car and he had just seen she crying to much to drive as just then she asked if he could drive , so Walker seen where Jude was and passed the keys to his truck to him and drove off in Dusty's Charger. Walker could tell she was really upset about what happened to Ellie Mae Bricker, Hughie would pay for this he was thinking as he drove off.

Dusty, through her tears started to drive a few miles out of town. She stopped her car and got out. She turned the key so the radio could play and turned a station that played Spanish music. She cranked the stero as loud it would go.

She got out of Ridge Runner and started to dance. She dance to the time of the music. She felt the rythum. She looked up and saw Walker get out of his truck watching her. So she danced for him. Anything to take her mind off of Ellie Mae. But the song that was playing reminded her Ellie and she started to cry again.

Walker was by her side in an instant. He held her like she was drowning and needed an achor. Cordell lowered his head toward hers. Dusty turneed her head at the same time and their lips met. Briefly at first, then the passion built.

"MMM..Dusty this wrong..we have to stop..you just lost your best friend." Walker said reluctent to let her go. "But Walker, please!" Dusty pleaded with him. "Dusty.." Walker started to say. "Walker help me forget. Help not see her face after she died." Dusty said as she began to cry.

"It will get better baby, I promise." Walker said as he kissed passionately and then hugged her.

Walker knew this Hughie just had to pay and now is was his business but how is going to keep Dusty out of the way again. She getting to be quite a handful right and she was a target of all things since she had seen her friend get shot right in front of her as well. Oh of the things to happen to Dusty this was not the best thing right now.

As Dusty sat on the hood of her car, watching Walker think. She thought about how he was so cute when got a line between his eye brows when he was thinking really hard. Then in the span of ten minutes Dusty heard something.

Dusty heard the click of a gun. She looked towards the sound and saw the flash of the butt of the gun. The gun was aimed right Walkers heart. Dusty jumped off the hood.

"WALKER!" Dusty screamed as she pushed him out of the way as the gun was fired. She took a bullet to the shoulder as she hit the ground.

"Oww...god this hurts!" Dusty said through clutched teeth.

Walker had seen Dusty fall to the ground and he was on the phone to get ambulance out to where they were at. But just then Jude pulls up and he sees what happened and he doesn't want to be the one who calls her family in Hazzerd. By now, Jude and Walker are waiting for a ambulance and they had both agree that one of them would do that for her she would want her family to know that she got shot. Jude says "Listen, I'll tell her family and fiancee about this right here they know me and it might be a little easier."

Balladeer: What Jude and Walker doesn't know is that Rosco is in town and he just heard a shot outside of town but doesn't know that it's Dusty that is hurt right now.

Dusty looked at Jude as soon as he said financee. "Jude com'ere." Dusty said and motioned with her good hand for him to come towards her. She took her fake emgagement off her finger. "Jude put this ring on that rock and then take that other rock and bring it down on the ring." Dusty instructed. Jude did as he was told. When he did the ring shattered. Jude looked at Dusty. "It's a fake ring Jude. Rosco and me faked our engagement to fluish Hugie out, and it worked, but the only problem was that Hughie found out that there ring was fake and that Rosco and me weren't really engage. I managed to take some pictures under his good graces before he got mad." Dusty said to Jude.

"That's when he killed Ellie Mae, because I lied to him." Dusty said as she broke into tears. She felt Walker put his hand in hers and squeesed his for dear life.

Walker told Dusty to hang on and that help was on the way, and besides the Hughie Hogg sounds like he can be real trouble at times. What Walker and Dusty wasn't Rosco coming up Hurricane ridge and he was really starting to wander about what the heck was going on and of course Hughie and his friends spotted Rosco and got his tire shot out. He barely able to stop his car and now there was somebody else to worry about now. Rosco had gotten out of his car ducking for cover and ended uo where Walker and Dusty was at and he decided to say hi. Dusty and Walker both looked at Rosco like he couldn't picked a better time to come up here.

"Walker I'm scared, please don't leave me. I never been shot before, so please don't leave me." Dusty said, fear written al over her face. Dusty looked at Walker. He walks over to the Yahooville Hotel and he opens the door and there is Emma and Julie just talking about how these two guys are talking to that Dusty Rose Duke and then they went somewhere in a fancy truck. Just them Mayor Thomas Cheese came down, and said hi to Emma and Julie. Emma says "Oh, that is the mayor of Yahooville Thomas Cheese and you are sir."
Rosco says "I am Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane of Hazzerd County and I was wanted to meet a Dusty Rose Duke if you know where she it."
