is it true that Jonathan Kent is going to be killed. we haven't even got to that episode in the UK. John plays a very likeable character in Smallville as he played a likeable character in dukes of hazzard. if i do meet sometime i will tell him that he was a very likeable character in Smallville and ask him why did they kill off jonathan kent for?

Here in Canada the episode aired last night. I saw it. John was excellent as Johnathan Kent.

It was such a sad episode! The last scene that John filmed with Tom Welling was at Lana's car accident when he was hugging Tom. I really cried at the end.
