I know that this is out there in another section, but I thought we could also do it here, under his name.

Brotherly Love
"Now you can't see the wheels spinning in Enos's head 'cause they're so tiny. But they're really humming.

A Baby for the Dukes
" Now, about this time Boss Hogg was having a county budget meeting with Rosco and Enos, who couldn't count a dozen eggs without taking off thier shoes.

Favorite Waylon Quote:

"There's trouble and then theres trouble and the trouble with some trouble is at first...it dont look like trouble."

I know Ive mentioned this before but it bears repeating! And besides, its an awesome line! LOL

I can't remember the exact line and I'm not sure about the episode either. I think it's from Deputy Dukes. Waylon says something like "Those boys sure do have a pitiful grasp on reality."

Like I said, I can't remember the exact line, but it never fails to crack me up.

I know what your talking about

Enos is chasing Bo and Luke and Bo says
"shoot thats Enos"
Luke:"so he anit after us...or are you forgetting what side we're on now?"
Bo:"oh yeah for once we anit got nothing to worry about"
Waylon:''Now sometimes them boys have a pitiful grasp on reality"

Thats probably not exact though.

Here are some more that I like.

"Only the Dukes would go to twon to find out why they can't get arrested."

"The casino buniness was cooking like an all day singin' with dinner on the ground."
Now if I only knew what an all day singin' was, and why is dinner on the ground?

Here's one about Duke luck
"Man, I'll tell you, the day they passed out good luck, old Bo and Luke must've been fishing"

"If it wasn't for bad luck , the Dukes wouldn't have any luck at all."

This is a guess only, but I'd guess that an "all day singin'" would be like a gathering to sing hymns and such. And dinner on the ground is probably a picnic.

I don't know for sure...but a wild guess.

-Boars Nest Bears

I don't remember that line. Who was Waylon referring to?

Bo Duke's Girl

That was when Bo and Luke were standing on the porch and someone pulled up in the car and showed up & I don't know his name. That's when Bo said " Well would you look it there who's coming!"

Get ready for a LONG list. He had so many great lines. No one could do it like him, not even the Narrator in the new movie!

"Man, I'll tell you, the day they passed gout good luck, Old Bo and Luke must've been fishing."

From Nothing But the Truth.
"Whoa now. I know it looks alful peaseful and it don't look much like Hazzard with noby chaign anybody or nothin'..."

From Miss Tri County
"In fact if the Dukes quite driving old Cooter would have to go back to the chicken farm."

This was said while Bo was stuffing Uncle Jesse into the General Lee.
Waylon: "Looks to me they might have to widen that window.

From the Law and Jesse Duke
"I tell you being an entrepereneur is a heavy responsibility. Learning that word wasnt to easy either." (I loved how he pronounced "entrepereneur")

Ok this is from Share and Share Alike and has more than just Waylon's line. It needs to be set up.

The General getting chased and banged around by bad guys.
Bo: "Well why don't we do like General Grant would do?"
Luke: "Whats that?"
Bo: "Retreat"
Driving in reverse still being chased.
Luke: "You sure this is a good idea?"
Bo: "Yeah, don't worry about it, don't worry about it. I got a plan."
As a truck blocks the road in front/back of the General Lee.
Waylon: "Great plan Bo."

A great Waylon line about boss.

-...He was as happy as a rat trapped in a corn crib, 'cause he would have to heat his way out."

"Hazzardville Horror"

Waylon: Things are done differently in Hazzard, but even in Hazzard, plumbers don't usually hide behind bushes.

He said something like that, but watching that last night (from DVD) I found it funny.

"It was a slick plan. And it didn't work worth a pitcher of spit."

RogerDuke

from "Mrs Daisy Hogg" when two old big trucks were going fast, side by side, on a narrow dirt road.
"If any of ya'll ever drive through Hazzard, well, you might remember that if it's got wheels, folks tend to want to race it."

MaryAnne

I can't remember the episode (I think it's Money to Burn)...

"If you were headin' for the milk and cookies, you picked a bad time..."

I love the way Waylon does the introductions of the various characters early in season one, like Uncle Jesse...

"Now you're gonna love ol' Jesse. He's quite the study. Jesse's retired moonshiner. And he's very religious. Although he's well read, he's rough as a mouthful of bark when he's riled."

"Once upon a time, there was this very smart Greek fella that said that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Well, I can tell ya right now that that fella had never been to Hazzard County."

Here's a great Waylon quote from "Shine on Hazzard Moon" when the Duke boys were doing their usual crazy stunts in the General Lee.
" Ya know, Bo and Luke went to the fair once and road one of those big time rollar coasters. They fell asleep."

BoJamesDuke

Oh one of the greatest i've ever heard him do is in Brotherly Love when the boys are talking about a plan and its all sorted and Daisy goes

And i'll make y'all some sandwiches...

And then Waylon, in a sarcastic positive tone goes

'That oughta help!'

DaisyMaeDuke

I like that one Bo...he's so sarcastic...like me....my favorite though is:

If it rained soup, the Dukes' bowl would be upside down.

BoJamesDuke
07-29-2007, 05:23 PM
Ok here's a few from a load of episodes lol

If Sheriff Rosco runs Hazzard County, Boss Hogg runs Rosco.

When Daisy found out about her car, well, she took it in her stride (as Daisy chases Bo and Luke with a frying pan.)

Well would you look at that. Bo and Luke spend so much time in a car I wasn’t sure they could even walk much less run.

See, them sissies need a helicopter to fly.

And there’s ol' Rosco...cleverly disguised as a tree.

Just in case y'all are wonderin' what's goin' on, so am I

"One thing bout a family, though they may get in the way sometimes, when you really need 'em nothing else works as good."

Those are all good ones Bo. Here's one when the bad guys were going to turn part of Hazzard County into a toxic waste dump.

This one is from "Go West Young Dukes" when they went back to 1872. Daisy (actually her ancestor Dixie) was in a carriage that was dangerousely runnning wild with nobody at the reins.
"Ya know friends and neighbors, there's something about Hazzard County that makes anything with wheels get out of control."
