The offical word is the soundtrack comes out July 19th!
I just ordered mine from Amazon.com

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0009VI4EE/qid=1119290294/sr=8-5/ref=pd_bbs_ur_5/104-6185400-5779143?v=glance&s=music&n=507846

I hope it's full of Southern music and is only limited to that one crappy Jessica Simpson song. Even Willie Nelson couldn't help her out!

Well, Willie could have helped, but they muted him.

Actually, it looked like Ernie's post was first, by the date and time stamp - and if I'm wrong on who posted what first, forgive me. After readin' 'em all, I'm as confused as anybody.

I deleted the other two soundtrack threads. ( My housekeeping ain't been too good lately, I'll admit it. )

Credit goes to both Jeff and Evil Ernie for posting the sountrack info.

Thank ya much!

Brian

I was able to get the soundtrack a day early. I'd say it's pretty good, but those jokes Willie tells are not at all Uncle Jesse-like. As a matter of fact, they're kind of offensive.

The new soundtrack is really disappointing, there's a couple of decent songs, but some like the jokes(Which I don't get) Are like you said, downright offensive! And thy didn't include the original Good Ole' Boys!? That song is the Dukes. The Willie Nelson version is decent but it dosen't even compare to the Waylon Jennings one!
