I saw a reference to that in the commercials for the show, but haven't been able to catch the show. Have they given any more information about him?

i've only seen it one time but he real doesn't look like a geek he's more of a dork and a cute one

ok click on the link it will take you to the cast photo it's not a good one but Bill is the middle one on the left. One guy with a white shirt one with blue and a guy with a red shirt Bill is the one wearing the blue shirt on the left
