IS the book set 4 sigle or dubble sided sets?

Season 2, as well as seasons 1 and 3, are presented on 4 double sided discs. Season 4 will be on 9 single sided discs, and I'm happy about the change.

I actually like the double sided discs. Makes for more compact packaging and take up less room on my shelf. Why are they switching to nine anyway? Is this gonna jack up the price?
