Does anyone know about this? I hope they do show them all so I can record them on to VHS. Buying the seasons on DVD just doesn't seem right. Back when the Dukes aired, no one even had thought of such a thing. :D

I'm hoping...and I figure that is what will happen. But it also seems that they are taking their time...showing the same show many times each week...or is it just me?
It seems I have seen "Ghost of General Lee" twice in the last week or so!

Yes they do show the same episodes 2 or 3 times in a week. You can go to cmt.com and check the schedule. You can even select the particular show you are interested in (DOH of course), and see the episode, time, and date it will be on.

From what cmt.com has posted, they'll be airing Season Five. They got "The New Dukes" slated to air at 11 PM ET on June 28. Being one of possibly a few Hazzardites who haven't seen a Coy and Vance episode, that's a date I have circled on the ol' calendar.

Regarding the scheduling of specific episodes, from what I can tell this is how CMT is broadcasting...
The show that is on at the later time is the next episode in the series and it is re-broadcast the next day in the earlier time-slot.
I like this way, even though it will take longer to get through the series, since that way if you can only watch one time-slot, you get to see all the episodes.

Remeber too Bill that back when the Dukes first aired, no one thought of cutting stuff to make room for more commercials. The shows you're seeing on CMT are a bit chopped. On DVD you get the whole program, uncut and uninterrupted. :)

So far the episodes don't seem as cut and edited as thery shown on the old TNN years ago. I hope CMT doesn't get any ideas about adding more commercials, although I am hoping that the ratings have exceeded their expectations so far.
