Who owned the blue '00' Mustang which raced the Dukes? Was it Boss Hogg?

And who was the driver?

The "00" was from the 1st reunion movie in 1997.

It was owned by Buzz Kilroy and a decoy one driven by Cam Cutler until Buzz showed the boys that there were two "00"'s during the race...

Mama Max's illegal one and Buzz's original that had according to the back story been the only car ever to beat the General in an over land race.
