Hi, y'all!
For the past several weeks, I've been reworking my character, and after some ideas from some friends, I've decided to make my fanfic character Vicki into being a more aggresive character by moving her to Chickasaw County to help Sheriff Little run Chickasaw County!!
Eventually in this new story Vicki is going to meet up with an old friend in Chickasaw County! Namely Hughie Hogg! But she is going to have some surprises along the way!
Hope to hear from y'all soon on the changes I have made to my character! :D
Y'all have a great day & night! :D

NOTE FROM LITTLE RED: 6/28/02
Here are some of the changes that I made to a few characters:
*Vicki Lynn Jones(Duke)- she is now in training to become Sheriff when Sheriff Little retires. She recently ended a relationship with Bo Duke. She is currently raising a young daughter when she's not running Chickasaw County. She still is a wild rebellious redhead with a fiery temper at times. She can also be crooked at times, which led to Hughie Hogg falling in love with her. Her patrol car can be found most of the time near the Hazzard/Chickasaw County line, ready to ambush the General Lee.
*Hughie Hogg- recently moved to Chickasaw County to take over as County Commissioner. He still have strong feelings for Vicki after all these years. A completely changed man, he is nothing like his Uncle JD. Instead of wearing a white suit, he now wears western shirts, jeans, & boots. Fell in love with Vicki when they tried to take over Hazzard County together while visiting there for a reunion.
*Sheriff "Big Ed" Little- recently retired early as Sheriff of Chickasaw County. Is training Vicki to take over for him. He'll help her in keeping Chickasaw County safe, and keeping an close eye on the Duke Boys.
*Katie Williams- Vicki's best friend from High School. She'll be around helping Vicki as a deputy. She's also Vicki's roommate. She goes to Hazzard occasionally to spy around for Vicki.
*****
All other characters, including the Dukes, Cooter, Enos, Cletus, JD & Lulu Hogg, and Rosco will be around as well.
Those are some of the changes I have made! I hope that Y'all like it! :P

Hey Y'all! I hope that you're having a great day today! :)
*Right now, I'm recently in the process writing the next post to the story, The Rebellious RedHead! It's about Vicki being welcomed to Chickasaw County by Hughie(or Hewey) Hogg!
It's a short but sweet post! :)
To see a preview of what my character is going to be like in this new series, go into Hazzard Double Cross in Round Robin or The Beginning in Round Robin! It'll give y'all an idea of what my character is going to be like! I have her being a little more wild and meaner than she was in earlier stories!!
I hope that y'all like how my character was reworked so far! :D
Y'alls feedback is greatly appreciated! It make me feel good hearing from y'all! :D

I hope that y'all like the title and the way I changed my character around! I hope that it works out for y'all in later stories in the future! 8)

Thanks Kissin Cousin! That was nice of you to say that! I am well now, but I still have an occasional nightmare about it every once in a while! My husband is helping me out of it though! :)
Thanks Badgirl for the addition, but I had to make some changes in the next post! You had the right idea, but I didn't want to kill off my character just yet! (At least not until she gets old)! Next time you want to add, E-mail or private message me in advance! 8)
I'm going to be moving Vicki back to Oklahoma in the short story following The Impulsive Redhead so she can sort out her feelings! That is when I will be introducing my new character Joy Lynn Kelly, as she is in her final days as a Veternarian in Oklahoma! 8)
Y'all take care and have a great night! 8)

I just thought to tell y'all that I added a Disclaimer (Thanks MaryAnne for all your help :) )to the beginning of the story, and I made some changes to my last post as well. It should make things a little more readable! Let me know what y'all think of it, I'm curious of y'alls opinions! 8)

Howdy Y'all!
Thanks for being there for me, and thanks for being patient with me as I start to finish up this storyline! :)
I just thought to let y'all know that until Monday, October 14 at the latest, that the only time I will be online to write will be from my boss's computer at work on my break, due to my computer at home still being down.
I'm so sorry that I haven't been on at night like I used to. :o
I miss chatting with y'all! Hopefully soon I will be back online at night again.
I recently made some changes to the beginning of this story and throughout to make this story a little more readable and worth reading.
This storyline will move into a new story as my character Vicki will move out of Georgia, and move back home to Oklahoma to help her sister run her horse ranch for a little while.
This follow up story will also introduce my new character Joy Lynn Kelly.
That is all for now. Take Care Y'all! Have a great day & night!

Hi Y'all. I hope that you're having a great day today!
I just changed the name of this story to RedHead's Emotional State. This title sounds better than what I had written down earlier. It fits my character's emotional personality right now.
Talk to y'all later. Have a great night! :)

NOTE FROM LITTLE RED: 12/30/02
In the next few posts, y'all might recognize a few lines from the song that Vicki is playing on the piano! *Who would have guessed that the redhead knew how to play the piano!* :o
The song is called Hurt Me :( by LeAnn Rimes. It was on her Blue CD back in 1996, and I'm going to borrow a few lines from that song.
DISCLAIMER: I don't own this song, but LeAnn Rimes does. Y'all should listen to it sometime!
The song REALLY tells how my character Vicki is feeling right now! And how her emotional personality is right now! :(
Y'all have a Great Night! Take Care! :)

**But, I have enjoyed meeting all of you, and my stay in Hazzard County. I hope that y'all have enjoyed having me around too!** :D
**Maybe, I'll be back on soon if y'all would like to have me around, but who knows! Maybe I won't feel left out when I get back into writing again in the future!**

Hello all & greatings from sunny Malibu California! LOL!
**Not! Just from my character Vicki who is relaxing out there temporarily!** :D
To all newcomers browsing into Hazzard County & the surrounding counties Somewhere in Georgia or somewhere in the south according to the Dukes Companion, if y'all have it!
Any new comments should be posted here in the future, not in a middle of any of my short storylines, it could conflict it if transferred over somewhere in the future. *Maybe...* sighs

Well, my comment is that the dialogue in the stories sounds way to Northern. I can't place the characters ACTUALLY saying what is siad in the dialogue of the stories. I was so annoyed with the Blizzard Stories Dialogue I couldn't finish the story...Just my opinion.

:-? Opinions really doesn't matter, sometimes they help and sometimes they don't. It really doesn't matter... I DO know that they have helped other authors here in the past. :-?
Stories and other creations made by the authors out there are there for enjoyment only.
Some of my stories can also be based on a true story. I wrote one last year that was based on a emtional experience that happened to me back in 2000.
Even this freak snowstorm story that some of y'all don't like was actually the Great Tulsa Snowstorm--15 inches of snow on March 12, 1994. It made the national news.
What about El Nino back in early 1998? There were come crazy weather patterns then.
Fanfic stories would never be for real except in our imaginations. Just remember that. Anything can happen in Hazzard County when you least expect it, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, and even freak snowstorms....

Itsa a comments page, just adding my comments. I'm not even talking about the Blizzard. The entire Eastern, and South East was dumped with a Blizzard in March of 93. In my part of Ga. alone we had four feet of snow.
My issue is not with fanfic, or otherwise. Merely you gave a medium for comments, and my comments were addressed on dialogue. Nuff said.

I can't read the quotes on my pc, so it is hard for me to see it because they don't show up. lol
Dialogue can be hard to write. I've had 2 years of dialogue classes at college, so writing the right words takes time.
I know that most of the authors here have written all types of dialogue, just ask the moderators. They have written & created their characters more than 6+ years ago. And I've learned from experience writing with them what writing dialogue is all about.
Have you any newcomers to Hazzard written an dialogue recently? It can be stressful at times, especially if you were new at it like I was 5 years ago. That would be something to think about... :-?
Other than that, comments can help --maybe--. Maybe Not...but it makes me think about my writing and if I want to continue in the future. :(

People that are naturally good don't have to go to college to learn to be good. I have been writing all my life, and I am a highschool dropout. Yet I have one book Published, and I am working on a second, which is a trilogy. To write dialogue you must BE that character. You must think like, see things like, feel like, the character you are writing in. Thats the point I am trying to make.
Not to toot my own horn or anything, but read one of my brief little rp stories, and you'll see what I am talking about.

What have had published? Who published it? post the links or the works you say were published....
When you write your Duke stuff , do you dress like Bo or Luke? Go outside and slide across a car hood? Shoot a bow? *chuckling just thinking about it* You know to actually get into character!!!

There are other authors on this site that has published Dukes fanfiction on other sites as well.

Hello all!
Instead of e-mailing everyone, I figured that this would be the best place to tell y'all some bad news. :o
Happy Halloween! I hope that y'all have a good one tomorrow!
The bad news is that I won't be on nights anymore effective 10/29/04. Because my author has started a new night job that she works from 11p.m. to 7am.
The best time that I am on-line or could be reached is now early-mid afternoons. :o
I will still be around some to finish the 2 rr's and the 2 solo stories, but only on a limited basis.
I just thought that I would tell y'all that. My author & I are still around, but not as much as I was used to be on.
Talk to y'all soon! Have a great night!

Hello Y'all!
Hello, to all new fanfic characters & their authors. May your stay in Hazzard County be a good one!
And a special howdy to all older/established writers out there as well.
I am back to writing again, but on a very limited basis.
I am in the process of writing the follow-up/sequal to the story
"A Moving Decision" it will feature Vicki's last days as Deputy/Acting Sheriff of Chickasaw County just before she moves to California to be with her new boyfriend Jack Stewart.
If Y'all would like more info on the character Jack Stewart(Scott Baio), watch "Diagnosis Murder" on PAX on Sunday, Tuesday, & Wednesday nights. It will give you a good idea on what he looks like. It comes on at 9p.m. Central/10p.m. Eastern time.
I'll have the 1st few posts ready of the new story in the next few weeks.

under the Story, Steve's New Partner. Just a little info for y'all. That story was originally written May-September 2004.
In the next few weeks-perhaps months lol-I may re-released/post my first Dukes fanfic story Rosco's God Daughter, so that way you new authors can take a look at my character Vicki when she was a wild teenager. It was previously on hazzardnet starting in January 2002. lol
